Most orders are dispatched 5-7 working days after payment (or design approval, for new customers). Larger or more complex orders may take longer.
We dispatch using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery charge is £3.99.
If you require your order for a specific date, please let us know in your initial email. We have a small setup, but we'll do our best wherever we can!
Returns: customised items are NOT eligible for returns due to change of mind. However, if you believe your order has arrived with a fault, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order with photographs and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
