Browse the available garments online and email us with what you’d like to order. Please include your design file, where you’d like it placed, approximate size, quantities, and any other relevant details.
We’ll come back to you with a clear quote, including any one-off logo setup fee where needed.
If you’re happy to go ahead, payment is taken before production begins.
We’ll prepare your design for embroidery or print and send you a proof so you can see exactly how it will look. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll sort those first.
Once you’re completely happy, we’ll begin personalising your items. Orders are typically completed within 5–7 working days from final approval.
