It takes time, skill & industry-grade software to turn your design from a simple image into a file our machines can understand. Some designs are more complex than others, which is why we have a structured pricing system.

Personalisation (Per Garment)

  • Prices:

    1 x Standard Embroidery = £5
    1 x Complex Embroidery = £7
    1 x Standard Print = £3
    1 x Large Print = £5

  • Example Order:

    T-shirt = £10
    Embroidery on Left Breast = £5
    Large Print on Back = £5
    Total = £20

Logo Setup Prices

    If you just need some words in basic font, we won't charge you a setup fee. You will still need to pay the regular personalisation cost per garment (£5 for embroidery, £3 for print).

    For more complex orders (eg, large garment orders with individual names on each one) there may incur a setup charge.

    Setup Charges:

    £15 for Embroidery
    £7 for Print
    £20 for both

    This one-off fee covers the time and skill needed to turn your logo into an embroidery file. Once it's set up, you can order again and again and just pay the regular personalisation cost per garment (£5 for embroidery, £3 for print).

    Complex Logo

    Setup Charge: £20+ (Embroidery Only)

    This charge will depend on the complexity and physical size of your design. Once your design is set up, pay the regular personalisation cost per garment (£7 for complex embroidery).
